Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or accessing the XCodes IPTV website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Usage Restrictions

To maintain service quality for all users, the following restrictions apply:

  • One Connection Limit: Unless you have purchased a multi-room plan, subscriptions are limited to one (1) active connection at a time.
  • No Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund.
  • No Restreaming: Re-broadcasting or restreaming our content for commercial purposes is illegal and forbidden.

3. Service Availability & Content

XCodes IPTV acts as a technical intermediary. We do not own the servers or the content broadcast. Therefore:

  • Channel lineups are subject to change, addition, or removal without prior notice.
  • While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the nature of internet-based streaming.
  • Individual channel stability depends on the source and the user’s internet connection.

4. Third-Party Applications

We provide the service credentials (M3U/Xtream Codes). We are not the developers of third-party apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or IBO Player. Technical issues with the apps themselves must be addressed by the respective app developers.

5. Internet Requirements

Requirement: A stable internet connection is required. For SD content, 5Mbps is recommended; for HD, 15Mbps; and for 4K/UHD, a minimum of 25Mbps is necessary. We are not responsible for buffering caused by insufficient bandwidth or ISP throttling.

6. VPN Usage

We fully support the use of VPNs to protect your privacy and bypass ISP throttling. However, using a low-quality free VPN may decrease your streaming performance. We recommend high-speed premium VPN providers.

7. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. It is the customer’s responsibility to renew their plan before the expiration date to avoid service interruption. Credentials may be changed upon renewal for security purposes.

8. Modifications to Terms

XCodes IPTV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
