1. Our Policy Overview

At XCodes IPTV, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are experiencing technical issues that we cannot resolve, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.

After 7 days, all sales are considered final and are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the service.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will issue a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • We are unable to activate your account within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You experience persistent server-side downtime (confirmed by our technical team).
  • Major advertised features or channels are completely unavailable for an extended period.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Issues caused by the customer’s slow internet connection (Less than 20Mbps recommended for 4K).
  • Device incompatibility (It is the customer’s responsibility to check the Setup Guide before purchasing).
  • User changed their mind or “didn’t like the content” after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts that have been banned for violating our terms (e.g., account sharing).

5. Renewals

Subscription renewals are manually handled by the customer. If you choose to renew, the 7-day guarantee does not apply to the renewal period. Only first-time purchases are eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
