Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice & Takedown Procedure

Overview

XCodes IPTV (“The Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Please note that XCodes IPTV does not host, store, or manage any video files or live streams on its own servers. We provide a technical interface that links to content hosted by third-party providers.

Reporting Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by providing a written Notice of Alleged Infringement. This notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled (provide the specific URL or Portal link).
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send all DMCA notices via email to our designated Copyright Agent. Notices must be in English and contain all required information to be processed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
